  • Cake type Brownie: Tegral Brownie 500g - Water 125g.
  • Chewy type brownie: Tegral Brownie 500g - Water 105g - Glucose syrup 20g 
  • Application Method: Mix all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes at speed 2. Pour the mix into aluminum baking trays with a maximum height of 3 cm. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
