Fine steel with a non-stick coating inside and protective enamel outside.

Ideal for cooking pastry, the Exopan combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the simplicity of use of a non-stick surface.

The fineness of the steel contributes to developing the colour of the products.

Simply wipe clean inside and outside. This material should not be exposed to humidity (dish-washer, fridge).
