Join Chef Mohammad Kalha for a hands-on culinary workshop where you’ll master two iconic Levantine dishes:
– Zaatar & Cheese Muttabaq – learn the art of preparing thin, stretchy dough and perfectly folded muttabaq
– Sfiha Yafawi – traditional sfiha made using authentic stretched dough techniques for a soft and flavorful base
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to elevate their Middle Eastern baking skills with professional techniques and delicious recipes.
Important Note
If the class exceeds 7 participants, attendees will work in pairs per table.
However, each participant will still complete their own products individually.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
– Participants may cancel their registration at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.
– The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants who have paid will receive a full refund.
